What should I include in a bug report?
The tool name, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Your browser and device help too. Please do not attach confidential files — describe the problem or share a harmless sample instead.
Do you see the files I use in the tools?
No. The file tools process files in your browser and never upload them, so there is nothing for FlexyPdf to see or delete. The Privacy Policy explains the few cases where a tool sends data to an outside service.
What happens to the message I send?
It is stored in the site’s database so it can be read and answered, together with your IP address and browser type for spam protection. It is not shared with anyone else. Ask by email if you want it deleted.
Can I suggest a new tool?
Yes. Choose "Feature Request" as the topic and describe the task you want to do. Suggestions that many people would use and that can work reliably in a browser are the most likely to be built.
Do you offer an API?
No. The tools run in your browser, so there is no public API.
