Terms of Service

FlexyPdf provides free online tools that run in your web browser, together with explanations of how to use them. No account is needed. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, for example when a tool can no longer be offered reliably.

You agree not to:

• use the tools for anything unlawful, including infringing other people's copyright or privacy;
• use the tools to remove protection from documents you are not entitled to open or modify;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database;
• send automated requests to the site's API, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others;
• post ratings or comments that are false, abusive, hateful, sexual, spam or that contain other people's personal information.

Files you use in the tools are processed in your browser and stay yours; we do not receive them and claim no rights over them or over the results the tools produce. You are responsible for having the right to use and change the files you work with, and for keeping your own copies of important documents.

If you post a rating or comment, you allow us to display it publicly on the site. Comments must reflect your own genuine experience with the tool. We may hold back or remove any comment, for example if it breaks these terms. Ratings and comments are never written or added by us.

The site's design, text and code are owned by Kishan, except for open-source libraries, which remain under their own licences, and trademarks of other companies, which belong to their owners. You may link to any page, but you may not copy the site or present its content as your own.

The site shows ads served by Google AdSense and some tools use outside services (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content of ads, for websites they link to, or for the availability and accuracy of data provided by outside services such as exchange-rate or DNS providers.

The tools are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work to make them accurate and reliable but cannot guarantee that every result is correct or that the site will always be available. Check important results — for example calculations, converted documents or generated codes — before you rely on them. See also the Disclaimer.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the tools, including loss of data, documents or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in another country, you may also have rights under the consumer laws of that country that these terms cannot take away.
