These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FlexyPdf. If you are using FlexyPdf on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use FlexyPdf, you must:

You agree to use FlexyPdf only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You specifically agree not to:

Online Compiler Tools — Additional Rules

When using the online compiler and code execution tools, you additionally agree not to:

• Execute code designed to exploit, compromise, or probe server infrastructure.
• Attempt to escape the sandboxed execution environment.
• Use compiler tools for cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, or network scanning.
• Submit excessively large or resource-intensive code intended to disrupt the service.

Code execution is subject to strict resource limits (128 MB memory, 5-second timeout). Code that exceeds these limits will be terminated automatically.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Service for any user who violates these acceptable use policies, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

The FlexyPdf website, including its design, layout, source code, features, functionality, branding, logos, and content (collectively, the “Service Content”) is owned by FlexyPdf and is protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Reselling or commercially exploiting any part of the Service.
• Downloading or copying account information for the benefit of a third party.
• Using data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools.
• Creating derivative works based on the Service without written permission.

Third-party open-source libraries: FlexyPdf uses various open-source libraries and tools, each governed by their respective licenses. These licenses are not affected by these Terms.

Files, documents, images, and other content you upload or process using FlexyPdf (“User Content”) remain your property. FlexyPdf does not claim ownership of any User Content.

By uploading or processing files through our Service, you:

• Represent and warrant that you own the content or have the legal right to use, process, and distribute it.
• Represent and warrant that your content does not violate any applicable law or any third-party rights.
• Grant FlexyPdf a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested tool operation. This license terminates immediately upon completion of processing.

Browser-based tools: Most FlexyPdf tools process your files entirely within your browser. Your files are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Server-side tools: For tools requiring server processing, files are temporarily stored and automatically deleted within 5 minutes of processing. No backups are retained.

You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy, and quality of your User Content. FlexyPdf accepts no responsibility for User Content submitted by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlexyPdf expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any tool results.
• Warranties that defects in the Service will be corrected.
• Warranties that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Tool results — including calculations, conversions, analysis outputs, and file processing results — are provided for informational and utility purposes only. For important decisions, always verify results with qualified professionals. FlexyPdf does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLEXYPDF, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
• Data loss or file corruption occurring during processing.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF FLEXYPDF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We strive to maintain high availability of FlexyPdf but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security purposes.
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool, feature, or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
• Restrict access to certain features or the entire Service without prior notice.
• Implement usage limits to prevent abuse or excessive server load.

FlexyPdf shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

FlexyPdf is a free platform funded in part by advertising revenue through the Google AdSense program. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• Advertisements may be displayed on pages within FlexyPdf.
• Advertisements are served by Google AdSense, which uses cookies and tracking technologies.
• We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of third-party advertisements.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FlexyPdf shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with an updated “Last updated” date. We may also provide additional notice for significant changes.

Your continued use of FlexyPdf after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
