Copyright Policy

FlexyPdf respects copyright. Files used in the tools are processed in each visitor's own browser and are not stored or published by FlexyPdf, so the only content on the site that comes from other people is the comments visitors leave on tool pages. If you believe something on FlexyPdf infringes your copyright, please let us know.
1. How to send a notice
Email support@flexypdf.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- your name and contact details;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the exact URL on FlexyPdf where the material appears, and which part it is;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
This format follows the notice requirements of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); notices under other countries' laws are handled the same way.
2. What happens next
Complete notices are reviewed promptly. If the material is infringing, it is removed or access to it is disabled, and where possible the person who posted it is informed. Incomplete notices may need more information before action can be taken.
3. Counter-notices
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature.
4. False claims
Please make sure the material really infringes your rights before sending a notice. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can make the sender liable for damages.
